What We Invest In

  • We focus on long-only opportunities across global markets—selectively deploying capital into companies we believe will either:

    1. Disrupt entire industries and scale exponentially, or

    2. Compound returns faster than the S&P 500.

Public Equities

  • We invest primarily in single/multi-tenant retail but we will also consider opportunities in other sub-sectors including hotels, industrial, multi-family, single family etc.

  • We look for value-add opportunities but also have completed build-to-suit and ground leased developments for credit tenants.

  • Our real estate investments are focused in the in the Pacific Northwest but we are not restricted by geography.

Commercial Real Estate

  • We back seed, early, and growth-stage companies we believe are poised to disrupt industries and scale rapidly from the ground up.
